City Council Seeks Applicants for Vacancy Appointment to Position 4

Castle Rock City Councilmember Paul Simonsen resigned from Position 4 on the City Council effective December 31, 2025. Due date for applications is Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 5:00 PM.

Eligibility

To be eligible to be appointed to the Castle Rock City Council, candidates:

• Must have continuously resided within the Castle Rock city limits for a minimum of one year prior to appointment to the Council; and
• Must be a registered voter in Cowlitz County, City of Castle Rock.
